摘 要 茯苓水库位于四川省江油市东兴乡元桥村与官桩村之间，属涪江水系芙蓉溪支流水库自然集雨面积0.35km2，蓄水主要以自然集雨区径流囤蓄。坝址以上主河道长0.99km，河槽比降13.54‰。大坝影响人口约3000人，耕地1850亩。工程于1952年动工修建，1959年建成投入使用，是一座以灌溉为主，兼有防洪、供水、养殖等综合效益的小（2）型水库。 ①坝体产生多条裂缝。②下游有渗漏现象，大坝迎水坡未进行防护，水流掏涮严重；坝顶未硬化，不利于工程管理和大坝安全。③原放水设施为斜卧管，浆砌条石结构，有渗漏，且运行管理不便。 通过水文方面计算，试算出设计和校核水位，最后进行溢洪道最大泄流能力复核，另外通过大坝的渗流稳定分析确定大坝是否存在险情并采取有效的工程措施，从而使大坝达到除险加固的目的。 关键词：水文计算；渗流分析；稳定分析；除险加固 Abstract FUling reservoir is located in Sichuan Jiangyou Dongxing Yuan qiao village between the villages and the official post,which is Peijiang River Lotus River tributaries.
