南 京 工 业 大 学继续教育学院毕业设计（论文） 题 目 民营企业内部审计的现状及对策 专 业 会计学 姓 名 周珊珊 学 号 5244114124 指导教师 姜行远 起止日期 2016.01.16 - 2016.04.15 2016年04月06日民营企业内部审计的现状及对策 摘 要目前，随着我国民营企业的发展，其对我国经济发展的贡献越来越大，民营企业己成为一股不可或缺的力量。在我国内部审计制度发展之初，政府无意干涉民营企业内部审计制度的建立，再加上民营企业自身的特性问题，其内部审计只是企业基于提高自身经营活动的效益性而做出的一种主动选择，其内部审计的设立具有很大的随意性，内部审计制度的建立缺乏系统性，从而导致了民营企业的内部审计在实际工作中面临着许多问题，严重影响了内部审计职能的发挥。而随着民营企业发展规模的不断壮大，管理层次日益多极化、投资主体多元化、经营方式多样化、经营范围扩大化，对于民营企业的内部审计要求也越来越高。可见，随着民营企业的壮大，完善内部审计制度已经成为民营企业能否健康持续发展的一个关键因素，民营企业设立内部审计是民营企业发展的必然，也是民营企业发展的迫切需要。因此，在这样的一个时代背景下我国民营企业的内部审计必须把握机遇，解决好发展中存在的各类问题，完善其内部审计制度。本文通过对中西方企业内部审计发展历程和特点的介绍，引出两者之间的差距并分析了民营企业内部审计存在问题，进而提出了完善民营企业内部审计的对策。关键词：民营企部审计 法律制度 管理模式 内部审计AbstractAt present, with the development of our country private enterprise, it is getting bigger and bigger to our country economic developments contribution, private enterprise oneself become an indispensable strength.
