完善长江中远有限公司会计电算化的对策 [摘要]会计电算化在企业财务中的应用，使会计业务处理工作得到了飞速发展。会计电算化在河北长江中远吊索具有限公司的实施，一方面给企业带来了方便快捷的会计处理工具，为企业管理现代化提供了强有力的支持，对传统会计、企业内部控制制度都产生了冲击，使计算机在财会中的应用逐步得到普及和深入。另一方面，会计电算化在企业的实施中，还存在不少弊端。文章从会计人员的分工与职能、会计档案的管理、财务软件忽视管理职能、财会专业人员计算机知识欠缺方面分析了中远有限公司会计电算化的不足，针对出现的问题，提出了相应的解决措施如下：加强人员职能和权限控制、做好档案管理工作、促进会计电算化软件向管理型延伸、培养复合型的管理人才。 [关键词]：会计电算化；会计软件管理；复合型会计人才。 Abstract Accounting computerization in corporate finance, make use of accounting business processing got rapid development.
