中文摘要 网络应用于保险业，便赋予了保险新的形式，从而产生了网上保险。网上保险的最终目标是实现电子交易，即通过网络实现投保、核保、理赔、给付。保险公司的电子商务平台不是企业从传统到网络的一次简单移植，而是为客户提供了产品、渠道和服务上的更多选择。中国保险企业在发展网上保险时，要逐步将公司网站作为销售渠道，以获得保费收入为主要目的，并从降低成本，完善服务的角度来定位网站。不能再将网站单一地作为一种宣传工具。网络保险作为一种新的业务模式在我国尚处于实践性探索阶段其发展仍然受到很多问题的制约，对此提出关键词网络保险 Abstract Network used in the insurance industry, it gives a new form of insurance, thereby creating an online insurance.
