论失地农民就业难的原因与对策 摘 要 随着我国改革开放的进一步深入，国家经济体制的进一步改革，国民经济以及我国城市化进程呈现高速的发展姿态。土地是农业生产以及生存的主要基础，离开了土地，农民便没有了原本有效的保障，也就成为了所谓的失地农民。相比较城市居民而言，农民本身就缺少等同于城市居民的社会保障权利，因此失地农民在整体国民中便成为了一种最为薄弱且特殊的群体。 失地农民问题成为我国在经济发展过程中的一大重要社会问题，在一定程度上制约着未来发展过程中的社会稳定以及整体协调性发展问题。解决好失地农民的问题，是优化城镇化加速发展、工业化发展与社会所形成的不协调现象。合理的针对失地农民进行就业安置是保障农民在失去土地之后再次获取良好生存保障的主要途径，同时也是解决我国在当今时代发展过程中的主要矛盾的主要手段。本文对失地农民就业难的现状进行了分析，并归纳出了失地农民就业难的主要原因和对策分析。提出了政策保障、社会经济、农民培训三方面的对策措施，以期待改善当地失地农民就业问题。 【关键字】 失地农民 就业 培训 Abstract Along with our country reform and open policy further thorough, the further reform of the national economic system, the national economy and the development of urbanization in our country present highway.
