胫腓骨开放性骨折单纯外固定架固定联合二期锁定钢板内固定 李生平，黄辉，彭维波 【摘要】目的：评价应用单纯外固定架固定联合二期锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的疗效。方法：对本院2007年11月至2010年3月间行单纯外固定架固定联合二期锁定钢板内固定(实验组，n = 61)或常规手术（对照组， n = 57）治疗的118例胫腓骨开放性骨折的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：实验组患者的骨折愈合时间和并发症发生率显著地小于对照组，另外，实验组患者的骨折愈合率和功能恢复情况显著地优于对照组患者。结论：单纯外固定架固定联合二期锁定钢板内固定是治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的一种较理想方法，操作简便，固定牢靠，感染率低，骨折愈合快，并发症少。 【关键词】胫腓骨；开放性骨折；外固定架；锁定钢板；疗效 Treatment of tibial fibula open fractures with pure external frisket fixation combined with locking plate internal fixation in Phase Ⅱ LI Sheng-ping,huang Hui,PENG Wei-bo (Departmaent of Orthopaedics,the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities,Baise,Guangxi 533000,China) 【Abstract】 Objective: To appraise the curative effect of treatment of tibial fibula open fractures with pure external frisket fixation combined with locking plate internal fixation in Phase Ⅱ. Methods: Analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of pure external frisket fixation combined with locking plate internal fixation in Phase Ⅱ(experimental group, n = 61) or elective surgery (control group, n = 57) for treatment of 118 patients with m tibial fibula open fractures in our hospital from November 2008 to March 2010. Results: The fracture healing time and the incidence rate of operative complications in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group, in addition, the healing rate and functional recovery of limbs in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.
