关于公允价值的研究与思考 摘 要 本文从公允价值这一概念入手，揭示了公允价值出现的必然性。接着从收益理论和全面收益理论入手，分析了公允价值出现并得以发展的理论基础，同时对公允价值计量属性的相关性和可靠性表以充分的肯定。然后通过与现值及历史成本的关系分析，说明了公允价值的特点所在。最后通过对新会计准则下，公允价值实际运用及其影响的分析，得出结论：公允价值的出现是符合我国市场经济健康发展的需求的。它是我国会计国际化的重要一步。 关键词：公允价值 现值 历史成本 新会计准则 The Research and Ponder about Fair Value ABSTRACT This article starts from analyze of fair value, proclaiming that the necessary of fair value occurred in modern society.
