复合乳酸菌对老年感染性腹泻治疗的临床疗效及安全性 　　【摘要】 目的：研究复合乳酸菌对老年感染性腹泻治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收集入院病例中符合感染性腹泻老年患者共30例，随机分组治疗，实施相同常规治疗基础上，对照组应用甲硝唑，观察组应用复合乳酸菌，对比治疗效果和安全性。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率100%，显著高于对照组80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者症状缓解和体温恢复正常所需时间均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者安全性高，未见不良反应。结论：复合乳酸菌治疗老年感染性腹泻的临床疗效好，避免患者出现继发性腹泻，安全性高，值得临床大力推广使用。 　　【关键词】 复合乳酸菌； 老年感染性腹泻 　　中图分类号 R442.2 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）13-0012-02 　　Clinical Curative Effect and Security of Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria in the Treatment of Geriatric Infectious Diarrhea/GE Xin，LI Hao，GAO Chun-hong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（13）：12-13 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical curative effect and security of Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria for the treatment of geriatric infectious diarrhea.Method：30 cases were divided into observation group and control group，all patients were given the same conventional therapy，control group received metronidazole，observation group was given Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria，compared the therapeutic effect and safety.Result：The total efficiency of observation group was 100%，control group was 81.82%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The times alleviating symptoms and requiring to restore normal body temperature of observation group were shorter than control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Observation group was safe and had no adverse reactions.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria for the treatment of geriatric infectious diarrhea is good，to avoid patients with secondary diarrhea，safe，worthy of clinical vigorously promote the use. 　　【Key words】 Compound Lactic Acid Bacteria； Geriatric infectious diarrhea 　　First-author’s address：The Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital in Futian District of Shenzhen，Shenzhen 518034，China 　　感染性腹泻是导致老年人死亡的一个重要原因，文献[1]报道，28 538例腹泻死亡病例中年龄74岁者占51%，55～74岁者占27%，老年患者占据较高死亡比例，这与老年人生理功能衰退有着密切关系，老年患者各类合并疾病会导致心肌、肾脏、脑血管和肠缺血，免疫系统功能下降，从而无法形成有效抵抗。在应用抗生素治疗老年腹泻患者的临床实践中，其在服用抗生素之后容易出现继发性腹泻，与抗生素副作
