复方丹参配合针灸治疗偏头痛临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察复方丹参联合针灸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2011年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的180例偏头痛患者的临床资料，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各90例。对照组给予与尼莫地平胶囊。观察组给予复方丹参注射液联合针灸治疗。30 d为一个疗程，1个疗程后观察并比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效84例，占93.3%，对照组总有效68例，占75.6%，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者颅多普勒超声（TCD）检测血流速度优于治疗前（P0.05），观察组的TCD检测血流速度优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：复方丹参联合针灸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效显著，值得在临床广泛推广。 　　【关键词】 复方丹参； 针灸； 偏头痛 　　中图分类号 R747.2 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）12-0049-02 　　The Clinical Observation of Fufang Danshen Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Migraine/GUO Hui-huan，ZHENG Ding-rong，LIN Shao-ling.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（12）：49-50 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Fufang Danshen combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine.Method：To retrospective analysis the clinical data of 180 patients with migraine in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 90 cases in each.The control group was given Fufang Danshen.Observation group were treated with Fufang Danshen combined with acupuncture.30 days for a course of treatment，after treatment to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result：The total effective of observation group was 84 cases，accounting for 93.3%，total effective of the control group was 68 cases，accounting for 75.6%，the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant difference（P0.05），blood flow speed detected by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography（TCD） after the treatment in the two groups were higher than that before treatment（P0.05），the observation group TCD blood flow velocity detection was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Fufang Danshen combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine is significantly，it is worth wide clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Salvia miltiorrhiza； Acupuncture； Migraine
