摘 要 随着技术手段的日新月异，现代制造业的发展已经步入瓶颈，逆向物流成为了制造产业发展的催化剂。有效的利用它可以使企业摆脱高消耗、大投入的发展模式而走向高效、低耗的绿色良性循环之路。相反，企业做不好逆向物流，就无法在激烈的市场竞争有占得先机，也会成为我国经济发展的绊脚石。 基于此，文章首先论述了逆向物流的基本理论及其在国内外的发展现状，分析了发展逆向物流的必要性和对制造企业的现实意义。通过SWOT分析为我国制造企业实施逆向物流的现状,找出问题的原因并提出初步策略。制造企业实施逆向物流运作的三种基本方式：自营方式、联合经营方式和外包方式，基于AHP/DEA模型分析法对制造企业逆向物流的运作模式进行决策是一种行之有效并且简单的方法。本文将理论研究与案例分析相结合，试图为制造企业逆向物流运作方式的选择提供参考。制造企业实施逆向物流的对策研究是本论文的重点，笔者着重从政府管理部门、社会大众、制造企业三个角度做出了详尽的分析，并逐一提出了方法和对策。由于经济利益驱动、法律法规要求、社会责任等原因，逆向物流日益成为制造企业发展战略之一。构建高效的逆向物流系统已成为制造企业实施再制造中亟待解决的问题。 关键词：制造企业,逆向物流,模式选择, 对策分析, AHP/DEA模型 Abstract With the rapid development of the technical means, modern manufacturing has into the bottleneck. Reverse logistics has become the catalyst for the development of automotive industry. Good reverse logistics development will impel the automotive industry to get on the environmental—friendly，recycling track of high efficiency and low cost．In contrast，bad reverse logistics development would not only restrict the development of Chinese automotive industrybut, will also become a stumbling block of the development of Chinese economy． Firstly, the thesis introduces some basic knowledge of reverse logistics and its development at home and abroad in brief. Then it analyzes the essentiality of reverse logistics and its importance to enterprise. SWOT analysis for manufacturing enterprises in China, status of reverse logistics, find out the cause of the problem and make a preliminary strategy. Manufacturing enterprises to implement reverse logistics operation are three basic ways: Self-way, the way of joint ventures and outsourcing. Decision-making is an effective and simple method based on AHP/DEA model analysis mode of operation of the reverse logistics of the manufacturing enterprises. In this paper the combination of theoretical research and case studies, an attempt to provide a reference for the choice of the manufacturing enterprise reverse logistics operation.
