护理干预结合饮食保健对慢性溃疡性结肠炎的防治探讨 　　【摘要】目的：探讨护理干预结合饮食保健对慢性溃疡性结肠炎的防治效果。方法：所选患者165例，随机分为治疗组83例，对照组82例。治疗组与对照组在临床治疗及一般护理的基础上，治疗组进行护理干预及饮食保健，做好对症护理、用药及健康指导，同时做好肠炎初期、肠炎好转期及肠炎恢复期的饮食保健。结果：治疗组总有效率91.56%；对照组总有效率69.51%。两组比较有显著性差异（△P0.05）。结论：护理干预结合饮食保健对慢性溃疡性结肠炎可取得显著的防治效果。 　　【关键词】慢性溃疡性结肠炎，护理干预，饮食保健，防治效果 　　【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the nursing intervention with control diet and health care to the patients with chronic ulcerative colitis.
