. 工作步骤说工作步骤说明 设备 Equipment: 配电箱等配电系统 istribution box and distribution system 工作内容 Scope of Work: 红外扫描测试，紧固螺丝，配电箱清扫 Infrared scanning test, Screw fastening, Distribution box cleaning 按原定工作计划与用户确认巡检时间和所巡检的设备。 According to original planning, the schedule and equipment list for inspection should be confirmed with the client. 双方确认时间后，工程师按时到场，告知用户巡检的步骤，所需要的时间以及存在的风险。 After inspection schedule is confirmed, engineer arrives at site on time and informs the client of the inspection procedures, time needed and possible risks. 得到确认后，进行检查： Inspection work will start upon receipt of clients permission. 检查配电箱系统图是否完整 Check all the distribution box system drawings. 利用超声探测仪探测线路虚接打火现象，进行准确定位。 Use ultrasonic to detect the accurate positions of the possible fire spot due to improper wire connection. 使用红外测温仪对运行中的电气设备进行精确的测温，准确记录电气系统的即时温度情况。 Use infrared thermometer to measure the working temperature of the electrical equipments. Record accurately the real time temperature of electrical system. 通过真有效值钳形电流表和常规钳形电流表测量并记录电流值，发现异常电流（如PE线是否存在电流等） Use the RMS clamp meter and conventional clamp meter to measure the current and record the measurements. Find irregular currents (for instance, current presents in PE wire, etc.) 观察并记录电气设施的实际安装情况。采用区域检测流程，由检测员对双方确认的检测区域实施无盲点检测。 Check and record the electrical equipments actual installation conditions. Conduct inspection procedures area by area. Make sure that the inspection covers all the area according to the pre-defined / confirmed inspection area by both parties. 在客户的允许下紧固配电箱螺丝，清扫配电箱内部螺丝 Fasten the screws in distribution box under the client’s permission. Clean dust in the distribution box. 现场检测记录由文字记录和与之相对应的声像记录组成，确保检测过程的准确性、公正性、可追溯性。 Site inspection record should present in both text and corresponding photo/audio/video to make sure that the inspection activities are accurate, righteous and traceable. 检查开关是否有发黄或漏油情况 Visual check the switches yellowing and oil leakage is found. 恢复相关设备，保证所有系统都工作在初始状态。 Recover relative equipments
