The methods for solving the?extreme value of function?and extreme value?theories?are an important part in?mathematical analysis. The extreme value theories of function of?one variable and?some important applications?in solving problems are introduced in this paper firstly. The extreme value theories?of function of two variables?and its applications?of actual?life?in production as well as the unconditional extreme and conditional extreme of multivariate function are studied secondly. The?conditional extreme value?as well as for the?Lagrange multiplier?method to solve the?conditional extreme problem is introduced mainly in extreme value theories of function of two variables. The extreme value theories and related applications of?function of variables is given simply finally.
