In 1987, China Government setup different companies for compressor, HX, other components and the BUS AC system. 1988, first JV from Shanghai Yichu with Tailand Lotus Heat Exchangers Market increase price decrease tendency is like the compressor ABOUT HFC134a In 1998, China worked out CFC-12 phase-out plan for the whole MAC sector, which was approved by Montreal MLF Excom; In 2001, Chinese MAC sector completed the whole conversion work for the CFC-12 phase out. Since Jan. 1st,2002, all the automobile manufacturers in China are forbidden to assemble CFC-12 based A/C and moved to HFC-134a. 2007.6.30, CFC plants were closed.
