组合无损检测技术及其在无缝钢管在线自动检验中的应用左建国 摘　要　分析了常规无损检测方法的特点及其局限性，讨论了以热轧无缝钢管为检测对象时检出各类缺陷的组合原则。在此基础上介绍一种由电磁分钢、涡流探伤、漏磁探伤及超声测量组成的钢管在线组合检测技术及其应用结果。实践证明，它能够有效地在钢管生产流水线上起到质量把关的作用。关键词　无损检测　电磁分钢　涡流探伤　漏磁探伤　超声测量 COMBINED TECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION TO ON-LINEINSPECTION OF SEAMLESS STEEL TUBESZUO Jianguo(Hengyang Steel Tube Mill) ABSTRACT　In this paper,the characteristics and limitations of conventional NDT techniques are analyzed firstly,and the combimation principles for the NDT of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes in order to detect the various defects are discussed.An on-line combined NDT technology is
