摘 要 如今，越来越多的车主、维修厂通过伪造现场实现在自己保险范围内的最大利益化。伪造现场保险公司按理说是不负责赔偿的，而且伪造现场也牵扯到道德问题，作为保险业务的龙头业务的车险业务，伪造现场对于保险公司造成极大损失。所以，应对这些伪造的现场，对于一名车险查勘员来说，应该抵制对方的诱惑，同时有自己的应对策略，保障保险公司的利益，让真正需要保险赔偿的车主得到赔偿。 本文通过对现有的一些伪造事故的形式特点，进行分析，然后结合美国反伪造现场的经验，结合现代的发展，给出粗浅的建议。 关键字：汽车保险 ，理赔，诈骗，防范策略 Abstract Nowadays , more and more car owners and garages gain profit by forging the scene of the accident from the property insurance company.
