石榴叶乙醇水提取物的抑菌杀虫活性研究 王东方 谷鹏 柏显首 王庆忠 山东省高校生物化学与分子生物学重点实验室（潍坊学院生物与农业工程学院）,山东,潍坊,261061) 摘要 用索氏提取法以乙醇水加热提取石榴叶的有效成分，并对提取物的抑菌作用和对果蝇与槐蚜触杀活性进行了探究。结果表明，石榴叶提取物对革兰氏阳性菌（白色葡萄球菌）有明显抑制作用，其有效抑菌浓度值为40mg/mL ；对果蝇的药理作用明显，数据变化显著，有上升趋势；对槐蚜有明显的触杀活性，其LC50为10.4203mg/mL。因此，石榴叶提取物对革兰氏阳性菌及昆虫有良好的抑菌杀虫效果。 关键字 石榴叶；提取物；生物活性；细菌；果蝇 [中图分类号] S482.1 [文献标识码] A The Study of the Ethanol Antimicrobial, Insecticidal Biological Activity of the Ethanol and Water Extract of Pomegranate Leaf Wang Dongfang, Gu Peng, Bai Xianshou, Wang Qingzhong Key Laboratory of biochemistry and molecular biology in university of Shandong province (College of bio-engineering and agriculture, Weifang university), Shandong, Weifang, 261061 [abstract] In present study, the active ingredient was extracted fron pomegranate leaf by Soxhlet extraction method with ethanol and water solution accompanied by heating, and preliminary study of the extract that can interacted bacteria bacteriostatic action and the activity of the drosophilas and the Cassia aphids pharmacological role initial inquiry. The results showed that pomegranate leaf extract have significantly suppress of Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus albus),the effective inhibitory concentration value of 40mg/ml; and it has obviously pharmacological on Drosophila with data changes, and rising;With pharmacological effects Cassia aphids value , its LC50 is 10.4203mg/mL. Therefore, the pomegranate leaf extract is good antibacterial insecticidal effect on gram-positive bacteria and insect. [Key words] pomegranate leaf; extract; biological activity ; Bacterial; drosophilas 石榴叶为石榴科植物石榴(punica granatun L)的叶。石榴叶具有收敛止泻、解毒杀虫功效，主治泄泻、痘风疮、癞疮、跌打损伤，在埃及作为传统的药材。以前的研究表明，科学研究者对石榴叶化学成分进行了许多研究，取得了较大进展，石榴叶中含有20多种化合物，包括熊果酸、白果酸、白桦脂酸、甘露醇 、菟资单宁、鞣花单宁以及黄酮苷类等[1]。石榴叶水浸剂能显著增强大鼠胃蛋白酶活性，促进胆汁分泌，并可以加强大鼠小肠蠕动；能显著抑制大鼠胃液分泌和总酸排出量[2]。研究还观察到石榴叶水浸剂对大鼠试验性胃溃疡的作用，发现石榴叶水浸剂可显著降低大鼠胃溃疡发生率，并减少胃溃疡面积和降低胃溃疡程度。石榴叶水提取物在调节血脂、清除氧自由基等方面也有活性，具有调脂作用的活性部位——石榴叶鞣质，在体外试验中，石榴叶鞣质能明显抑制还原酶活性，石榴叶鞣质的效价较辛伐他汀强100倍左右，同时也提示了石榴叶鞣质降低
