To this end, we describe the analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis and other statistical analysis methods to study the air quality in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, Fujian Province, carbon emissions and the impact of carbon emission factors, and finally generate our in-depth analysis of these reasons and conclusions put forward feasible suggestions. This paper is committed to the overall environmental situation of Fujian Province, one of understanding and the low carbon propaganda, so Fujian Hercynian in building a harmonious development of the city better. Key Words: Fujian Air Quality low-carbon Statistical model suggestion 一、引言 为了改善环境空气质量，防止生态破坏，创造清洁适宜的环境，保护人体健康，根据中国环境保护法规的要求，为掌握和评价空气质量状况和污染变化趋势，部分城市环境质量监测系统对国家空气质量标准中规定的几种常见污染物开始进行例行监测。空气质量日报就是每日的空气质量评价，以空气污染指数的表征形式向公众公布。 空气污染指数(Air pollution Index，简称API)就是将常规监测的几种空气污染物浓度简化成为单一的概念性指数值形式，并分级表征空气污染程度和空气质量状况，适合于表示城市的短期空气质量状况和变化趋势。空气污染的污染物有：烟尘、总悬浮颗粒物、可吸入悬浮颗粒物（浮尘）、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、臭氧、挥发性有机化合物等等。陆地平面形状似一斜长方形，东西最大间距约48
