日常维护/Daily tool maintain是指正常之模具清扫、点检(相片1)、及对可动部的给油(相片2)等作业。此作业是经常确认模具处於正常状态，也能早期发现异常。/This is normal clear, check and addslubrication oil for the moving part for the tool which is used to confirmif it is in good condition or not so that we can detect the abnormal in advance.事故维护/Tool maintain in accident在模具进行加工的状态，会出现某些变化，形成无法继续使用的状态。例如，毛边变大、尺寸不对、发生伤痕、模具零件烧附等情形。因为发生类似的异常而开始进行模具维护之内容，即称之为“事故维护”。是模具维护中，内容最多的一项。此维护通常是将模具使用到将近极限进行，若模具维护的时间花费较多，则模具的寿命也就较短。因为是突发性的维护，所以一定会有预定外的设备停止、及紧急维护作业。/This is for tool maintainence in production, there are some accident which will stop the production such as bur
