结肠造瘘术的护理进展 摘 要 在我国低位直肠癌的发生率较高，约50%～60%的直肠癌患者需进行永久性结肠造瘘术。我国现有永久性肠造口患者100万,每年约增加10万人。因此，加强结肠造瘘术后的护理工作、减少术后并发症的发生、培养造口患者的健康心理、提高造口患者的生活质量已成为当今造瘘术后医护工作的主要方向。???? 关键词 结肠造瘘术；结肠造口；护理 ABSTRACT The incidence rates of low rectal cancer are relatively high in china, about 50% -60% of patients with low rectal cancer need the permanent colon fistulization. There are 1 million patients with colostomy in china at present, whose number can increase 100 thousand each year. Therefore, strengthening nursing of patients after the colon fistulization, reducing the occurrence of posto
