预应力溷凝土简支T型梁桥设计.doc

摘 要 本设计依据所给的设计资料及《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTGD-2004)与《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD-2004)进行了国道310改线工程贾鲁河桥上部结构设计与计算。全桥总长105,桥面宽度为净,设计作用为公路-Ⅰ级。本桥上部结构采用装配式预应力混凝土简支T型梁桥,净跨径35,计算跨径34.2。桥跨横截面采用5根预应力T梁,每根梁的宽230。支座采用板式橡胶支座。 本设计简略的地对主梁即预应力混凝土简支T型梁桥进行永久作用效应计算,可变作用效应计算以及进行效应组合,以此对主梁进行预应力钢束估算和布置。计算主梁截面的几何特性,后进行预应力损失计算。验算主梁各危险截面主拉应力和主压应力。对行车道板和横隔梁进行荷载效应计算、配筋计算以及应力验算。根据主梁荷载效应确定支座反力标准值,对支座进行选取,后进行支座验算。 关键词:T型梁;预应力混凝土 Abstract The design basis for the design of information and the “Code for Design of Highway Reiforce Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Briges and Culverts”(JTGD62—2004) and the “General Code for Highway Bridages and Culver”(JTGD60—2004) conducted State Road 310 Garro River Bridge rebuilding project design and calculation of the upper structure.bridge width is net -9+2×1.5m,design load lever for road —Ⅰ.the bridge,a3×35m The bridge belongs to the prestressed concreted structuer which is a simple supported beam bridge.Panchiao, net bagan 34.2m,35m calculation began.bridge across a cross—section hollow shell reaches five Prestressed conctete T shaped supported beam width230 cm, high.supports the use of prefabricated rubber surfaces . The design of the girder is to brief the prestressed concrete simply-supported beam bridge model T for permanent effect calculation, variable effect calculation and effect combination, in order to estimate for prestressed steel girder and layout of. Calculate the main girder section geometry characteristic, the pre-stress loss after calculation. Check the main girder dangerous section tensile stress and the main stress. Calculate every load effect on the traffic carriageway plate and diaphragm, reinforcement and calculation, and the stress calculation. According to the load effect girder determine counteracting force, was chosen to standard bearings, after checking the bearings.
