VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达研究 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况及其与子宫内膜癌发展及转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化S-P法检测VEGF 的表达分析其在组织中表达的差异，及其与临床病理特征的关系，结果：用SPSS12.0统计软件进行统计分析，在子宫内膜癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达率为71.4%，在不同组织病理分级中的表达结果：G1级的阳性率为76.6%，G2级的阳性表达率为76.1%，G3级的阳性表达率为41.6%，三者之间有显著差异（P0.05）；子宫肌层浸润1/2病例的阳性率为58.8%，肌层浸润≥1/2者阳性率为86.7%，两者之间有显著差异（P0.05）；淋巴结转移阴性的病例中的阳性率为57.4%，淋巴结转移阳性者为88.5%，两者之间有显著差异（P0.05），手术病理分期Ⅰ期的阳性率为66.7%，Ⅱ期的阳性率为71.8%；Ⅲ期的阳性率为84.6%，三者之间没有明显差异（P?0.05）。结论： VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达为胞浆棕黄色染色，VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率随病理学分期和组织学分级的升高而增高。VEGF与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移中发挥作用。 　　【关键词】子宫内膜癌；VEGF；免疫组化 　　【中图分类号】R737 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484（2012）13-0042-02 　　The Study of VEGF expression in Endometrial Carcinoma tissue 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To evaluate the expression of VEGF in the tissue of endometrial cancer ，and investigate the relationship between the expression of VEGF and the development ，metastasis of endometrial cancer.。Methods：analyze the relationship between the expression and the clinical pathological characteristics，and analyze the expression of VEGF in the tissue of endometrial cancer by immunocytochemisory.Results：do statistical analysis with the results above by SPSS 12.0 statistic software.the positive rate of VEGF of expression is 71.4% in the tissue of endometrial cancer.，VEGF can be expressed differently with different pathological grate.Grate 1 is 75.0% grate 2 is 76.1%，grate 3 is 41.6%.and there is obvious distinction among them（P0.05）.The positive rate of VEGF expression is 58.8% when not more than 50 precen myometrium is infiltrated in peritoneal in peritoneal fliud of endometrial cancer ，and 86.7% is expression when more than 50 precent myometrium is infiltrated .there is obvious distinction between them（P0.05）.the positive rate of VEGF can be expressed differently with different pathological stage. stage 1 is 66.7% ，stage 2 is 75.0%，stage 3 is 83.3%.and there is obvious distinction among them.（P0.05）.Conclusion： VEGF were highe expressed in tissue carcinoma of endomertrium， The results suggested the expre
