等离子刀治疗颈椎病的临床疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析和探讨等离子刀治疗颈椎病的临床效果。方法：选取2010年3月-2012年11月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的47例颈椎病患者为研究对象，采用等离子刀系统对其进行治疗，采用Odom分类系统对本组临床疗效进行评价。结果：经治疗后疗效评定为优35例，良5例，满意4例，差3例，治疗总优良率为85.1%。结论：等离子刀治疗方案具有微创、便捷的特点，患者对该术式易于耐受，对于经保守治疗后未实现预期治疗目标而又拒绝开放式手术的患者来说尤为有效，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】 颈椎病； 椎间盘突出症； 等离子刀 　　中图分类号 R681.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）3-0143-02 　　Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Radiofrequency in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis/CHEN Guo-xiong，LI Hui，ZHOU Lei，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（3）：143-144 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical effect of radiofrequency in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis.Method：A total of 47 patients with cervical spondylosis received the treatment in our hospital from March 2010 to November 2012 as the research objects， and all patients were treated with plasma knife system， and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by Odom classification system.Result：After the treatment the curative effects of 35 cases were excellent， and the curative effects of 5 cases were good， and that of 4 cases were satisfied， and that of 3 cases were poor， and the total excellent and good rate was 85.1%.Conclusion：The characters of plasma knife treatment were minimally invasive and convenient， and patients can easily tolerate the operation， and it is specially effective for patients who can not achieve the desired target after conservative treatment but refuse the open operation， and it is worthy of promoting and applying in the clinical. 　　【Key words】 Cervical spondylosis； Intervertebral disc herniation； Plasma knife 　　First-author’s address：Nanhai District People’s Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University，Foshan 528000，China 　　颈椎病属于脊椎类临床疾病中常见多发的一种，给患者日常生活与工作造成较大影响。近年来颈椎病发病趋势显著增高，且逐渐向低龄化过渡[1]。基于此，本文以47例颈椎间盘突出患者为研究对象，对在其治疗过程中应用等离子刀治疗后的临床效果进行分析和探讨，现报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2010年3月-2012年11月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的47例颈椎病患者为研究对象，包括男27例，女20例；年龄24～72岁，平均38.2岁；病程3个月～4年，平均1.8年；所有患者均因颈椎部严重不适而就诊，且均经临床确诊为颈椎
