基于现金流视角下的财务风险分析——以浙江东日为例 摘要：在现代企业管理中，现金流与企业的财务风险有着极为密切的关系。良好的现金流是维持企业正常运转的“血液”，对此，我们必须引起重视。本文就从这一问题出发,从现金流和财务风险的概念入手，探讨了两者之间的关系以及论述了从现金流的角度识别财务风险的优越性、重要性以及如何基于现金流量进行财务风险的分析，并以房地产企业中的浙江东日为例，从现金流的角度进行财务风险分析。最后提出了企业管理者如何从现金流的角度进行财务风险的控制，降低风险，提高企业财务管理的效率和水平。 关键字：财务风险；现金流量；风险控制 Abstract: In the modern business management, cash flow and the financial risk of the enterprise has a very close relationship. Good cash flow is the blood to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise. So we should pay more attention to it. On this issue, the paper studies on the relationship between cash flow an
