浙江企业应对反倾销的策略研究 内 容 摘 要 伴随着中国加入世界贸易组织，中国对外贸易迅速发展，但与此同时，针对中国的日益频繁的反倾销，让众多中国企业伤透了脑筋。而浙江省，因其在中国出口贸易中的重要地位，更是屡遭反倾销调查，经济利益严重受损。如何在提高自身企业竞争力的基础上，有效应对反倾销，维护自身经济利益，保持并扩大国际市场，是广大浙江企业必须积极面对并着手予以解决的重大课题。 本文运用了比较分析和文献研究的方法，通过文献资料的分析，回溯了浙江出口企业应对欧美各国反倾销调查的对策的发展，结合浙江以及国内遭受反倾销危害企业的实际，概述了目前浙江企业应对反倾销措施的现状并分析了其在反倾销过程中遭受重大损失的原因。在此基础上，结合国内外实际，提出了浙江企业积极应对反倾销的建议，以期为国内相关的研究提供一个参考框架，从宏观和微观上改善浙江企业的出口环境和国际市场，维护浙江企业的利益，促进经济的发展。 关键词：浙江出口企业、应诉、反倾销 THE STUDY OF ZHEJIANG ENTERPRISES PRACTICES WITH ANTI-DUMPING ABSTRACT With Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization, Chinas foreign trade developed rapidly, at the same time, the against of China that have becoming more frequent anti-dumping, lead many Chinese enterprises to a severe headache. And Zhejiang, because of its important position in the Chinas export trade, is repeated anti-dumping investigations, and its economic interests are severely damaged. On the basis of improve the competitiveness of their own enterprises, how to effectively deal with anti-dumping, safeguard their economic interests, maintain and expand international markets, is the important issues that the majority of enterprises in Zhejiang have to face and to proceed to resolve . This study through literature studies and comparative analysis of methods, through the analysis of literature, looking back on the development of countermeasures of the export enterprises in Zhejiang to deal with Europe’s and the United States enterprises application of anti-dumping measures, in light of the actual of Zhejiang and subjected to domestic anti-dumping hazardous enterprises, overview the current Zhejiang enterprises to cope with anti-dumping measures Status and analyze the reasons of the anti-dumping process suffered a major of loss. On this basis, combining with the domestic and international reality, raise the proposals that Zhejiang enterprises can actively respond to anti-dumping, hope to provide a frame of reference for the domestic-related research,
