综合性护理干预对慢性前列腺炎患者治疗依从性、心理状态及疗效的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨综合性护理干预对慢性前列腺炎患者治疗依从性、心理状态及疗效的影响。方法 将80例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组（观察组和对照组），对照组患者予常规治疗及护理，观察组患者加用综合性护理干预，疗程8周。结果 干预8周后，观察组治疗总依从率（90.0%）明显高于对照组（62.5%）（χ2=8.35，P0.01）；两组NIH-CPSI和SDS评分均明显下降（P0.05或P0.01），且观察组下降更明显（P0.05）；观察组临床总有效率（85.0%）明显高于对照组（70.0%）（χ2=5.23，P0.05）。 结论 对慢性前列腺炎患者予以综合性护理干预，可提高治疗依从性，改善心理状态，加快患者康复。 　　[关键词] 慢性前列腺炎；综合性护理干预；治疗依从性；心理状态 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）02-0096-03 　　Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance， mental state and curative effect of patients with chronic prostatitis 　　YANG Jinxia ZHENG Aizhen SU Yan ZHANG Zhong WANG Guanfu HAN Zihua 　　Surgical Department， Taizhou Enze Medical Center （Group） Luqiao Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Taizhou 318050，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance，mental state and curative effect of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention of chronic prostatitis for 8 weeks’ treatment course，while the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention for 8 weeks’ treatment course. The changes of treatment compliance，mental state and curative effect of patients in two groups were observed and compared，and the clinical curative assessment was carried on as well. Results After 8 weeks’ intervention，the treatment compliance rate of patients in observation group（90.0%） was much higher than that in control group（62.5%）（χ2=8.35， P0.01）.
