早期康复护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经、运动及认知功能的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期康复护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经、运动及认知功能的影响。 方法 将80例创伤性颅脑损伤患者随机分为康复护理组和常规护理组。两组患者均保持呼吸道通畅、吸氧、降颅内压、抗感染、静脉营养神经等对症治疗，如有手术指征者及时予以手术治疗。常规护理组在此基础上加用颅脑损伤常规护理，康复护理组在此基础上加用综合性康复护理干预。两组干预时间均为12周。 结果 干预12周后，康复护理组神经功能总恢复满意率明显高于常规护理组（χ2=4.94，P0.05）；同时两组患者FMA评分均较治疗前明显上升（P0.05或0.01），且康复护理组上升幅度较常规护理组更明显（P0.05）；康复护理组认知功能总改善率明显高于常规护理组（χ2=4.50，P0.01）。 结论 早期康复护理干预能明显改善创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经、肢体运动及认知功能，降低患者残疾率，提高患者生活质量。 　　[关键词] 颅脑损伤；早期康复护理；肢体运动；神经功能；认知功能 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）32-0118-03 　　Effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on neural，motor， and cognitive function of traumatic brain injury（TBI） patients 　　YANG Jinxia ZHANG Lingzhi SU Yan ZHENG Jinhui ZHENG Aizhen WANG Guanfu 　　Surgical Department，Zhejiang Taizhou Enze Medical Center（Group） Luqiao Hospital， Taizhou 318050，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on neural， motor，and cognitive function of Traumatic Brain Injury（TBI）patients. Methods A total of 80 cases of traumatic Brain Injury（TBI）patients were divided into rehabilitation nursing group and routine nursing group. The patients in two groups were given symptomatic treatment like airway patency maintenance，oxygen uptake，lowering intracranial pressure， anti-infection，Intravenous nutrition nerve and etc，and necessary operation was given to patients with surgical indication in time.The patients in routine nursing group were given TBI routine nursing，while the patients in rehabilitation nursing group were given the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention. The intervention time for the patients in above two groups was 8 weeks.
