80例脑血管病的临床护理 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脑血管病的临床护理方法。 方法 对本院2009年7月～2011年10月收治的80例急性脑血管病患者进行专业化护理，重视各项护理措施的落实，早期、合理、科学地康复训练。 结果 经过细致、专业的护理和康复训练指导，80例患者中3例死亡，10例转院治疗，17例（25.37%）基本痊愈，45例（67.16%）生活基本自理，5例（7.46%）效果不明显。 结论 对脑血管病患者，重视各项护理措施的落实，早期、合理、科学的康复训练有利于患者肢体功能的恢复，促进机体康复，且能减少护理并发症的发生，提高患者的自理能力和生活质量。 　　[关键词] 脑血管意外；护理；康复训练 　　[中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0115-02 　　Clinical nursing of cerebrovascular diseases in 80 cases 　　DAI Yu-ping 　　Dadukou Town Central Health Center of Dongzhi County in Anhui Province，Dongzhi 247210，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical nursing methods for cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases hospitalized in our hospital from July 2009 to October 2011 received specialized nursing.Implementation of each nursing measure and early，reasonable and scientific rehabilitation were emphasized. Results After meticulous and professional nursing and rehabilitation guidance，of the 80 patients，except 3 deaths and 10 patients transferred to other hospitals，17 cases （25.37%） basically recovered，45 cases （67.16%） gained basic self-care ability and 5 cases （7.46%） did not have obvious effect. Conclusion For patients with cerebrovascular diseases，implementation of every nursing measure and early，reasonable and scientific rehabilitation are conducive to accelerating the limb function recovery， promoting the body rehabilitation，reducing the occurrence of complications and improving the patients self-care ability and quality of life. 　　[Key words] Cerebrovascular accident；Nursing；Rehabilitation training 　　脑血管疾病是我国三大致死疾病之一，具有发病率、致残率、死亡率高的特点。急性脑血管病发病急骤，恢复较慢且遗留不同程度的后遗症，其中肢体功能障碍者占致残率的65% 以上，严重影响患者的工作、生活能力，并增加了家庭和社会的负担[1]。因此，在进行药物治疗同时，加强患者各项护理工作，对增进疗效，平稳渡过急性期，减少并发症，促进疾病的康复等具有重要的作用。本院2009年7月～2011年10月收治了80例脑血管病患者，通过细致专业的护理，取得满意效果，现将护理总结报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　本组患者共80例，男性49例，女性31例；年龄最大88岁，最小45岁，平均年龄为69.2岁；其中，脑出血27例，脑梗死53例；均经CT、MRI检查确诊；均有不同程度的偏瘫、吞咽困难、失语；均经改善循环、营养脑神经药、活血化瘀、减轻脑水肿、降低颅内压
