Auto Recall Problem Abstract 　　Vehicles has been an important part of modern life.The quality of vehicles has been a big concern of consumers.Thus the automotive recall is a hot topic now. To develop a comprehensive and systemic evaluation model of recall events,we use four indicators to define a evaluation function.The value of the function represents the influence of the recall event.These indicators are credit,sales,satisfaction and safety. According to the evaluation model of recall events,we find that credit of enterprise and satisfaction of consumers have direct influence on sales.Thus we predict the sales of Toyota will have a sharp drop then a slow growth according to these two factors. We evaluate the component supplier system form the view of supply chain.We find we can use expected risk assessment and simplified supply structure to improve the component supplier system.We evaluate the component supplier system and competition supplier system and get the conclusion that these two systems has both strength and weakness.
