西南林业大学 本科毕业（设计）论文 （2012届） 题目 汽车制造四大工艺的研究 教学院系 机械与交通学院 专 业 车辆工程 学生姓名 贺勤政 指导教师 孟利清（教授） 评 阅 人 2012年06月03日 汽车制造四大工艺的研究 贺勤政 （西南林业大学 车辆工程专业2008级，云南 昆明，650224） 摘要：汽车被称为“改变世界的机器”。由于汽车工业具有很强的产业关联度，因而被视为一个国家经济发展水平的重要标志。本论文所研究的内容主要是汽车的四大工艺，冲压工艺作为四大工艺的重中之重，它影响着剩下的三大工艺，所以是本论文的重点。焊接、涂装、总装三大工艺也是论文的重要组成部分，还有对工艺的概述作为研究汽车四大工艺的基础，因此在论文中被放到了首位。汽车制造工艺、装备和设施是实现汽车产品设计目标和生产加工的基本方法和手段，也是实现技术创新的基础。在汽车制造行业中，冲压、焊接、涂装、总装合为四大核心技术（即四大工艺）。 关键词：冲压；焊接；涂装；总装；工艺 The four manufacture process of automobile He qin zheng (Vehicle Engineering 2008, Southwest Forestry University,Kunming, Yunnan, 650224) Abstract： The automotive was referred to as the machine that changed the world. The automotive industry has a strong degree of industrial linkage, which is regarded as an important symbol of a countrys economic development level. Mainly studied in this thesis the four process of automobile stamping process as the four most important process, it affects the rest of the three processes, it is the focus of this paper. Welding, painting, assembly of the three processes is also an important part of the paper, as well as an overview of the process as the basis for the four process of automobile, in the paper was placed in the first place. The car manufacturing process, equipment and facilities to achieve the design goals of the automotive products and production and processing methods and means of achieving the basis of technical innovation. In the automobile manufacturing industry, stamping, welding, painting, assembly together four core technologies (ie, four processes).
