255份白假丝酵母菌感染患者的病历分析 　　【摘要】 目的 分析255份白假丝酵母菌感染患者的病历， 为临床治疗提供参考。方法 对255份白假丝酵母菌感染患者的病历进行分析， 讨论患者一般资料、标本来源及药敏实验结果。结果 白假丝酵母菌来源依次为痰液、分泌物、尿液、粪便、血液及其他；抗菌药物对白假丝酵母菌的敏感性依次为两性霉素、制霉菌素、氟胞嘧啶、酮康唑、咪康唑、氟康唑、伊曲康唑。结论 白假丝酵母菌感染以老年患者居多， 其中痰液检出率较高， 白假丝酵母菌对两性霉素的敏感性高， 值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 白假丝酵母菌感染；抗菌药物；病历分析 　　【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the case history of 255 patients with candida albicans infections， in order to provide references for clinical treatment.
