医院临床药学服务模式定位与改进 　　（苏州高新区人民医院江苏苏州215129）摘要： 目的：探索医院临床药学服务模式中的分层分类方法，为医院临床药学模式的改进和发展提供参考。方法：考察分析医院临床药学服务模式中的工作分层和分类方法，对其模式的制度和问题进行梳理。结果：通过对医院临床药学服务模式的内容进行分类和分层，定位了当前医院临床药学服务模式，并对以后的发展改进提出了可行性建议。结论：定义了当前医院临床药学服务模式的内容，提出的可行性建议对于医院临床药学服务模式的发展和改进有一定的促进作用。 　　关键词：临床药学；服务模式；改进发展Abstract：Objective： To explore the hierarchical classification method of hospital clinical pharmacy service model， provides the reference for the improvement and development of hospital pharmacy model.
