甘草锌颗粒联合硼酸溶液局部外涂治疗轻中度 　　[摘要]目的：观察甘草锌颗粒口服联合硼酸溶液局部外涂治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法：将109例轻中度(I～Ⅲ级)寻常性痤疮患者随机分为三组：A组(治疗组):给予甘草锌颗粒口服联合3%硼酸溶液外涂；B组(B对照组)：给予甘草锌颗粒口服；C组(C对照组）:给予3%硼酸溶液外涂。三组疗程均为6周，疗程结束后根据皮损数目减少及患者症状的改善情况进行疗效评估。结果：A、B、C三组痊愈分别为12例(32.4%)、3例(13.9%)、4例(12.5%),三组总有效率分别为81.1%、38.9%、40.7%,三组总有效率比较差别具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：甘草锌颗粒口服联合硼酸溶液局部外涂治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮疗效满意，不良反应少，方法简便,值得推广。 　　[关键词]3%硼酸溶液；寻常性痤疮；甘草锌颗粒；治疗 　　[中图分类号]R758.73+3 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2014）09-0739-04 　　 　　Observation on clinical effects of combination therapy of Licorzinc granules and boric acid solution in the treatment of acne vulgaris 　　ZHAO Zhi-guo,XU Sheng-jing,ZHANG Cai-ping, ZHANG Yu,MA Chao-dong，YING Xue-feng,DING Ke-yun 　　(Department of Dermatology, The Affiliated of Peoples Hospital of Jiangsu University, zhenjiang 212002,Jiangsu,China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy and safety of combination therapy of Licorzinc granules and boric acid solutionin the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods 109 cases with acne vulgaris(I～Ⅲgrade) wererandomly selected and divided into three groups: combination group(A group),control B group and control C group. A group were treated with combined licorzinc granules with 3% boric acid solution, while B group received treatment of only oral licorzinc granules and C group received treatment of only 3% boric acid solution.Each groups were 6 weeks of treatment externally.skinchanges in lesions were recorded and adverse reactions were observed，the efficacy was assessmented based on reducing the number of skin lesions and the patients symptoms score to improve after the end of treatment.ResultsA、B、C three groups were cured 12 cases(32.4%), 3 cases(13.9%),4 cases(12.5%),and the total response rates of the three groups were 81.1%(30 cases),38.9%(14 cases),40.7%(13 cases)respectively,there were significant difference between the three groups(P0.05).
