This weekend we’ll graduate from Ren’ai International School ! 时间过得真快！这个周末我们将从仁爱国际学校毕业了！ （1）How time flies ! 这是个感叹句，其中的How修饰谓语动词flies，此时，被修饰的动词不提前！ 如：雨下得真大啊！How hard it rains! 我多么想成为一个科学家啊！ How I want to be a scientist! （2）graduate 动词，毕业→名词graduation graduate in… 毕业于某一专业 graduate from/ at… 毕业于某一学校 如：他毕业于医学专业。He graduated in medicine. 他毕业于牛津大学。He graduated from Oxford University. 2. What should we do to prepare for it? 我们该为毕业典礼做什么准备？ （1）prepare for…. 为……做准备。for后面的宾语是谓语动作要达到的目的。 如：同学们正在为期末考试做准备。 The students are preparing for the find examination. （2）prepare sth. for sb. 为某人准备某物for后面的宾语是谓语动作所给的目标、对象。 我们为他准备了一些生日礼物。 We prepared some birthday presents for him. （3）prepare to do sth. 准备做某事 运动员们正在准备起跑。 The players are preparing to run. 3. But first of all, we must pass our final examination. 但是首先，我们必须通过我们的期末考试。 （1）first of all意为“首先”是从事物排列顺序的角度来说的。 假日期间，我有很多朋友要去拜访，但首先我要去拜访李老师。 I have a lot of friends to see, during the holiday, but first of all, I’ll visit Miss Li. （2）对应的词组还有：above all 它也有首先的意思，但它是从事物重要性的角度来说的，该词组含有“尤其重要的是”之意。 如：作为学生，我们首先要知道如何把我们的功课学好。 Being students, above all, we must know how to learn our lesson well. 4.
