In view of the current number of personnel management is still in the stage of manual operation, not only inefficient and due to the tedious and complicated problems arise often. Therefore according to now most of the needs of the enterprise, the enterprise personnel management system design to help enterprises achieve the personnel management office automation, saving cost, improve the efficiency of the enterprises. The enterprise personnel management system using C / S structure, mainly carries on the centralized management of employee information and personnel related with the work flow, convenient for enterprises to establish a perfect and powerful employee information database. It is based on VS2010 and SQL 2008 database as a development platform.
