自贡市大安区办公楼设计 摘要：本设计内容为自贡市大安区办公楼设计。 在进行建筑设计时，按照有关建筑规范的要求，以 “适用、安全、经济、美观”为设计原则，完成了建筑的平面、立面、剖面及细部构件的设计。建筑风格简约，大气，体现时代气息，同时进行建筑设计时考虑到了结构施工的相关因素。设计图纸全部采用建筑软件绘制，满足通常施工条件下的图纸要求。 在进行结构设计时，通过结构设计软件PKPM，进了建筑的整体设计，确定了结构方案和结构布置，设置了计算参数，并且在此基础上完成了整体建筑的结构施工图。在结构手算部分，选取以主体结构第④轴线处为代表性的一榀框架进行手算，内容包括：荷载计算，楼板计算，框架在恒荷载、活荷载、重力荷载、地震作用下的计算简图，以及相应的弯矩、剪力、轴力图，同时进行了构件的内力组合及截面设计并完成了基础、楼梯等部分结构构件计算。 在进行施工组织设计时，根据工程特点和施工条件，确定了施工方案和施工方法，进行了施工组织设计和工程量的计算，并以此为依据绘制了施工平面布置图和横道图。 关键词：设计； 建筑； 结构； 施工； 框架； 计算 The Design of Office Building in DaAn District of ZiGong Abstract:The main contents of the paper are about the design of office building which is located in DaAn district of ZiGong. According to the requirements of constructional standards, the process of architecture design, which is based on the principle of applicable, safe, economical and aesthetic, has finished the design on the plane, facade, profile and detail element of the building. The style of the building is brief, dignified with modern feel and the design of it is concerned about the related factors of structure construction. The design drawing adopts the architectural software and satisfies the drawing requirements of the usual construction condition. The process of structure design is related on the whole design of the building by the structure design software-PKPM, which determines the structure scheme and the structural arrangement and sets up the calculation parameters. On this basis, the structure construction drawing of the whole building is completed.
