毕业论文（设计）题目： 摘 要 注塑模具是模具工业的重要组成部分，也在很大程度上反应了一个国家的工业水平。塑料在当今世界上无处不用，因此塑料模具有很大发展，特别是注塑模。 本设计采用了SolidWorks三维制图软件中的IMOLD注塑模设计模块，完成了小型移动硬盘外壳注塑模的设计。对模具的型芯型腔的加工工艺进行了简单的分析，最后用SolidWorks导出模具装配图并在CAD中对其进行修改。利用该方法设计注塑模具，可以实现参数化设计，在设计过程中及时修改模型，能减少样机的生产费用，缩短设计周期，提高设计效率。 论文介绍了模具中的各个系统的设计，其中包括浇注系统的设计、成型零部件的设计、结构零部件的设计、合模导向机构的设计、推出机构的设计、温度调节系统的设计、排气调节系统的设计。并且介绍了基于SolidWorks的注塑模建模步骤，其中包括项目初始化、模具坐标系、工件、分型、模架的加载、浇注系统的加载及其其余各系统的加载。最后完成了该模具的设计并生成了三维模型。 关键字：注塑模，成型，型芯，型腔，SolidWorks建模 Injection mold design of small mobile hard disk shell based on the SolidWorks Abstract The injection mold is an important part of the mold industry, to a large extent reflects a countrys industrial level.
