青州论文：山东省青州市农村妇女就业问题探讨 【中文摘要】妇女就业是妇女参加社会发展的基本形式,也是一个国家文明程度的标尺,因此,妇女获得就业权乃是人类社会文明进步的一大标志。目前,我国社会中大量存在农村妇女就业难和难就业的现象,这既阻碍了女性的公平就业,也影响了农村经济社会的和谐发展。全面建设小康社会的难点在于农村,农村的难点在于妇女就业,改变农村妇女的地位就要让他们实现经济上的独立和人格上的平等,而实现这一目标途径之一就是农村妇女就业问题,就业问题解决了,就能解决一系列的农村社会问题,进而实现整个社会的和谐发展。本文拟通过调研青州市妇女就业发展现状,深入剖析薄弱环节,寻找加速农村妇女就业事业发展的思路举措,为提高农村妇女就业服务的可及性和推动农村妇女就业事业发展提供可操作性对策建议。本文采取文献研究、问卷调查、实地考察和个人访谈相结合的方式,全面了解和分析青州市农村妇女就业人员队伍和服务内容等发展现状,广泛搜集资料,运用比较、推论、总结的方法,分析归纳出农村妇女就业发展存在的问题和薄弱环节,提出对策建议。 【英文摘要】Women’s employment is the basic form of participation of women in social development, also it is a ruler of the country civilization, Therefore, women’s right to access to employment is a big sign of civilization and progress of human society. At present there are a lot of our society, the phenomenon of women’s employment is difficult, not only hinder the fair employment of women, also affected the rural economy and social harmony. The difficulty of building a moderately prosperous society is the rural areas, rural women,. To change the status of rural women would enable them to achieve economic independence and equality of personality, One way to achieve this goal is women’s employment, if employment issue is resolved, we can solve a series of social problems in rural areas, so as to realize the harmonious development of society as a whole.This paper proposed by the present situation investigation of Rural women’s employment ,analyze the weak links, looking for measures of accelerating the development of Rural women’s employment .
