东北农业大学学士学位论文 　　　　　　　　　　学号： 民办高校贷款风险及防范问题研究 Research on Risk and Guard of Non-governmental Universitiess Loan 学生姓名：刘慧 指导教师：王积田 所在院系：经济管理学院 所学专业：会计学 研究方向：会计学 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国·哈尔滨 2012 年 5 月摘要 随着招生规模的不断扩大，我国众多高校都面临着资金严重不足的问题。民办高校资金来源较公办高校更为单一，主要来自学费收入。借鉴产业运作机制，面向社会，多渠道筹集办学已成为众多高校的共识和必然选择，高校通过与金融机构的合作来争取办学资金的“银校合作”模式应运而生，并逐渐成为高校融资的一条重要途径。本文分析了民办高校与公办高校的不同：民办高校属非营利组织，独立于政府组织之外, 比公立高校具有更大的办学自主权, 是一个正式的合法组织；并且从国家政策、银行自身以及民办高校性质及其财务管理的角度阐述了当前我国商业银行与民办高校合作的现状及存在的问题，在此基础上提出了几点防范和化解银校合作风险的建议，力求民办高校有更好的发展，充分利用银行贷款，与商业银行有更好的合作关系，实现民办高校与商业银行“双赢”的局面。 关键词： 民办高校 贷款 风险 Research on Risk and Guard of Non-governmental Universitiess Loan Abstract Along with the recruitment of students scale unceasing expansion, our country multitudinous universities all is facing the fund serious insufficient problem.
