邓小平“发展社会主义公有制”思想的场景分析 于学强（山东聊城，聊城大学世界共产主义运动研究所，252000） [摘要] 邓小平发展社会主义公有制的思想，既是解放思想的产物，也是推进社会主义发展进程的实践产物。在改革开放30年后的今天，正确地理解和把握邓小平发展社会主义公有制的思想，一定要把它放在历史的场景中：一、发展社会主义公有制与社会主义思想路线的重新确立相促进；二、发展社会主义公有制与社会主义本质的重大突破相联结；三、发展社会主义公有制与社会主义初级阶段的特定国情相适应，四、发展社会主义公有制与改革开放的历史进程相伴随。 [关键词]邓小平；社会主义；公有制 On Background of Deng Xiaopings Ideological of Socialist Public Ownerships Development [Abstract] Deng Xiaopings ideological on the development of the socialist public ownership is not only a product of emancipating the mind, but also a product of practice during pushing forward the process of socialist development. After 30 years of the reform and opening up, we must put it in its historical background to correctly understand and grasp the development of Deng Xiaopings ideological on the socialist public ownership.Firstly, the development of the socialist public ownership and the re-establishment of the socialist ideological line are promotied each other. Secondly, the development of the socialist public ownership and the major breakthrough on nature of socialism are linked with each other. Thirdly, the development of the socialist public ownership and the specific national conditions of the primary stage of socialism are adapted to each other. Fourthly, the development of the socialist public ownership and the historical process of Chinas opening to the outside world are accompanied each other. [Key words] Deng Xiaoping; socialism; public ownership 1980年邓小平就提出：“社会主义制度并不等于建设社会主义的具体做法”，[1]（P250）四年后他明确指出，我们对什么是社会主义认识并不清醒，1986年底他又指出：“我们要发展社会生产力，发展社会主义公有制”。[2]（P195）按邓小平的论述逻辑，既然社会主义制度不等于建设社会主义的具体做法，那么公有制也不等于公有制的实现形式。但是，对社会主义公有制及其实现形式的明确认知到十五大才实现。邓小平发展社会主义公有制的思想，既是解放思想的产物，也是推进社会主义发展进程的实践产物。在改革开放30年后的今天，正确地理解和把握邓小平发展社会主义公有制的思想，一定要把它放在历史的场景中。 一、发展社会主义公有制与社会主义思想路线的重新确立相促进 邓小平提出发展社会主义公有制的思想，是与我们重新确立实事求是的思想路线分不开的。文化大革命结束以后，我们首先完成了思想路线的拨乱反正，恢复和发展了被破坏掉的实事求是的思想路线，特别是将解放思想注入到新确立的思想路线之中。“什么叫解放思想？我们讲的解放思想，是指在马克思主义指导下打破习惯势力和主观偏见的束缚，研究新情况，解决新问题。”[1]（P279）对于“什么叫社会主义这个问题也要解放思想”。[1]（P312）由于所有制和社
