托吡酯（TPM）治疗癫痫随机对照临床研究文献的Meta分析 【摘要】 目的：基于国内外对托吡酯治疗癫痫效果的研究观察，探讨托吡酯治疗癫痫的效果是否优于传统癫痫治疗药物，为治疗癫痫提供更好的治疗方式。 方法：以托吡酯、癫痫为关键词或主题词检索CNKI数据库，收集所有关于托吡酯治疗癫痫的随机对照临床试验的相关文献，对符合要求的文献进行纳入。以托吡酯治疗癫痫为治疗组，传统药物治疗为对照组，以有效(癫痫发作频率减少高于50%）、无效（癫痫发作频率减少低于50%）作为结局的判断指标，纳入相关数据，用Review Manager 5.1进行分析。 结果：纳入符合要求的文献10篇，共1168例癫痫患者。按治疗组与对照组进行分析分析最终结果显示卡方检验χ2 =23.30，P0.05，两种方式治疗结果有统计学意义，托吡酯治疗效果优于传统药物治疗；Meta分析结果显示托吡酯治疗癫痫与传统治疗癫痫药物疗效比较具有统计学意义（Z=4.38，P0.0001,χ2=9.77，P=0.37，I2=8%）,OR合并的95% CI( 1.15,2.64 )值落于无效竖线右侧，所以治疗组疗效优于对照组治疗癫痫。 结论：托吡酯治疗癫痫的效果优于传统治疗癫痫药物治疗癫痫。【关键词】托吡酯 癫痫 丙戊酸钠 治疗 Meta分析[Abstract] Objective At home and abroad based on the study of effect of TPMtreatment for epilepsy observation, to explore the effect of TPM treatment of epilepsy is better than traditional epilepsy drugs, provide better treatment for the treatment of epilepsy.
