脑卒中偏瘫患者早期位的康复护理干预 摘要目的：探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期位的康复护理干预措施及应用效果。方法：对照组给予临床常规康复护理措施；研究组在常规康复措施基础上加用早期位康复内容。记录两组实施康复护理过程中ADL评分变化情况及康复护理应用效果，经统计学分析并获得结论。结果：研究组康复总有效率（89.74%）显著高于对照组（康复总有效率69.23%）；给予不同康复措施后，两组ADL评分均较护理前显著提高，提示生活能力较康复前有所改善，但研究组ADL评分提高幅度大于对照组（P0.05）。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者应用常规康复训练基础上加入早期位康复护理干预措施后，其肢体运动功能及生活能力均高于康复前，有利于患者维持良好的生活能力及生活质量，有效降低致残率。 关键词：脑卒中偏瘫；良肢位；早期康复护理干预；应用效果Stroke patients with hemiplegia early good limb rehabilitation nursing intervention Abstract：Objective: To study the stroke patients with hemiplegia early rehabilitation nursing intervention measures and the application of good limb position effect.Methods: The control group given routine clinical rehabilitation nursing measures;Research group on the basis of conventional rehabilitation measures combined with early good limb rehabilitation content.Records In the two groups in the process of implementation of rehabilitation nursing ADL scores and application effect of rehabilitation nursing, the changes of the statistical analysis and conclusion.Results: the total effective rate recovery team （89.74%） is significantly higher than the control group (total effective recovery 69.23%）; give different rehabilitation measures, two groups of ADL scores than before treatment significantly improved, prompt life ability is improved before rehabilitation, but increase the team ADL scores than the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions: In patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia application based on the conventional rehabilitation training after joining good limb position early rehabilitation nursing intervention measures, the limb motor function and life skills are higher than before rehabilitation, is helpful for patients to maintain good living ability and the quality of life, effectively reduce the morbidity.
