本科生毕业设计(论文) 所在系 管理系 学生姓名 杨娜 专 业 行政管理 班 级 行政001班 学号 指导教师 何皞 2014年6月 摘 要 全文的基本内容由四个部分组成:第一部分是绪论,主要阐述研究的目的和意义、国内外研究现状、基本内容与结构、研究思路和方法;第二部分是我国食品安全监管的相关理论,主要对一些相关概念和基本理论问题进行分析和探讨,为后边的研究奠定必要的基础:第三部分是我国食品安全监管存在问题的剖析,并对其成因进行分析;第四部分探讨我国食品安全监管的对策。要结合我国国情现状,探索有中国特色的食品安全监管体系,这也更加符合中国的实际。 关键词:食品安全,监管,问题,对策 ABSTRACT Food safety concerns people’s physical and mental health, life security, as well as social stability and sustainable economic development. Faced with the worsening food security situation, the Chinese government has increased the monitoring of food safety, and adopts a series of measures. Under the government’s strict control, the country’s food security situation has been improved, however, China’s food security situation is still not optimistic. The article analysis problem of food safety supervision system and factors that have caused these problems, and then provides some useful suggestions to solve these problems. This paper aims to expound the important strategic status of food safety in national development, further analiysis of the existing system of China’s food safety problems, learn from foreign food safety supervision, the supervision system of food safety assurance measures. The basic contents of the dissertation is composed of four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly expound the research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, the basic content and the steucture, research ideas and methods; the second part is the theory of food safety supervision in China, mainly on some related concept and theory to analyze and discuss the problem, lays the essential foundation for the behind of the research: the third part is the supervision of food safety in our analysis of the existing problems, and analysis of its causes; the fourth part discusses countermeasures of food safety supervision i
