摘 要 我国中小企业走过金融危机的阴霾，经过残酷“战争”洗礼，尤显脆弱。由此也暴露自身缺陷，我国中小企业融资难的问题一直是严重制约其长远发展的关卡。很长一段时间我国融资渠道主要是银行贷款，随着货币政策的持续吃紧，仅凭银行贷款已经难以满足企业发展的需要。私募股权融资逐渐成为中小企业融资的首选方式。私募股权融资是通过非公共市场定向引入战略投资者，不仅能解决公司资金问题，还有利于规范公司内部治理，推动公司的健康发展，同时为公司提供资金以外的支持，比如投资者的客户资源、技术经验、营销渠道等。因此，xxxx股份有限公司管理层决定通过引入私募股权融资方式实现扩容。本文通过文献查找结合公司实际，为公司设计私募股权融资的方案，并分析了私募股权融资过程中可能存在的风险及其控制。 关键词：融资；私募股权融资；风险控制 Research ON yuan tong Company Limited of the Private Equity Financing Solutions Abstract: SME in China through the shadow of the financial crisis, after the brutal war Baptism is particularly vulnerable.
