DZW10-1.25-M锅炉设计30% ，只有极少部分利用层燃燃烧方式加以利用，但燃烧效率仍偏低，因此造成废木材资源的极大浪费。目前国内部分锅炉制造厂家生产的锅炉，在燃烧废木材(尤其是含细末较多的废木材)时，主要存在以下两个问题：(1)燃烧效率低；(2)水份高时，运行不稳定。主要是由于燃料中水分和挥发分较高，影响着火和燃尽。因此在考虑燃料特性的基础上选用往复炉排炉燃烧，优化一次风二次风配置及炉拱设计，设计出10t/h 燃用木屑蒸汽锅炉。本设计采用单锅筒纵置式往复炉排炉型。采用低而长的后拱和高而长的前拱，保证着火区的辐射热和烟气回流。大块料由料斗送入，细屑由送料风于送入，优化燃烧。 关键词：往复炉排炉；单锅筒；生物燃料；木屑 The design of DZW10-1.25-M boiler Abstract China is rich waste timber resources, especially in recent years, as Chinas economic development and opening up, Japan and Southeast Asia some of the wood processing enterprises to enter Chinas market and the development of domestic wood processing industry, and many wood-processing enterprises of raw materials?often produce large amounts of wood waste such as sawdust Fen Xie, wood chips and so on.?The original waste timber mainly as cooking fuel, thermal efficiency is usually less than 30%, only a very small part of the use of layers to use fuel combustion, but combustion efficiency is still low, thus causing great waste of timber resources waste.?Currently part of the boiler manufacturers produce boilers, burning waste wood (especially with more go-waste wood), the principal of the following two questions: (1) combustion efficiency is low; (2) water is high,?run instability.?Mainly due to the moisture and volatile fuel higher impact on fire and burn.?Therefore, in considering the use of fuel properties on the basis of reciprocating grate furnace combustion, secondary air allocation optimization of a wind and the furnace arch design, design a 10t / h steam boiler burning wood chips.?The design of single drum longitudinal reciprocating grate furnace.?After a long low and high arches and long before the arch, to ensure fire zone radiant heat and smoke back.?Material from the hopper into the large, fine dust from the feed air to send, optimize combustion.
