化工与材料工程学院毕业设计 5万吨/年乙丙橡胶装置聚合工段工艺设计 50,000 tons/year ethylene-propylene rubber polymer devices section process design 吉林化工学院 Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology 摘　　要 乙丙橡胶，统称乙丙弹性体，是仅次于丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶的第三大合成橡胶，是以乙烯、丙烯及乙叉降冰片烯(ENB)为单体共聚而成。目前占世界合成橡胶生产能力总量的10%左右。乙丙橡胶以其优异的性能具有广阔的应用领域。除了传统的汽车工业、防水建材、聚合物改性、油品添加剂、电线电缆、运动场地及各类机械部件等应用领域外，乙丙橡胶还可涉猎于食品包装、抗微生物、绝热阻燃等弹性体制品领域。本次设计年产5万吨乙丙橡胶装置聚合工段的工艺设计,乙丙橡胶聚合反应采用溶液聚合工艺，使用的主催化剂为三氯氧钒，辅助催化剂为烷基铝，溶剂为己烷。在掌握生产原理、聚合方法、工艺流程等工作的基础上，进行了物料衡算、热量衡算、反应器等设备的相关计算；其中算得E0203己烷加热器的面积为40.27m2，换热器管长为6m，计算反应器R0201的公称直径为5658mm,高度为9053mm，确定了聚合加料泵的扬程为30.12m,以及该泵的轴功率7.5kw,V0201贮罐的总体积37 m3。并且绘制了反应器的管道布置图、带控制点的流程图、编制了设计说明书等。 关键词：乙丙橡胶 ；溶液聚合 ；工艺设计 Abstract EPDM, generally called ethylene-propylene elastomer, and norbornene (ENB) as the monomer copolymerized with ethylene, propylene is the third major SR after SBR and BR.
