武汉科技学院 2004届毕业设计（论文） 题目：6万m3/d城市污水处理厂设计 院 系：环境与化学工程系 专 业：环境工程 学 生： 学 号： 指导老师： 摘 要 本论文主要设计卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺处理城市污水。城市污水处理厂是城市发展的重点基础设施，是城市水污染控制、水环境保护工作中的重点工程，它对社会经济的高速、稳定、可持续性发展有极其重要的作用。 本设计是东北地区的一个城市污水处理厂，其污水流量为6万m3/d，经处理后应达到SS去除率85%，BOD去除率90%。本设计采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺，卡鲁塞尔氧化沟一般采用表面曝气，其曝气池成封闭的沟渠型，污水和活性污泥的混合液在其中不断的循环流动，因此又称为“环形曝气池”。氧化沟水力停留时间长，有机负荷低，污泥龄高，又很好的沉降性能，对BOD和SS的处理效率高，与其他的活性污泥相比有明显的优点：流程简单，投资费用少，运行效果稳定，出水水质好且有一定承受水质水量冲击负荷的能力。出水可达国家排放标准。处理工艺流程主要由格栅、沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池、污泥浓缩池、污泥脱水间等组成。高程布置和平面布置合理，既减少占地，又利于污水，污泥输送，并有利于减少工程投资和运行成本。 本论文包括设计背景，方案选择的依据，工艺流程，构筑物尺寸的计算，设备选型，成本核算等。 关键词：城市污水；设计；卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺；BOD；工艺流程 ABSTRACT The paper mainly designs the Carrousel Oxidation Ditch to treat the municipal wastewater . The factory of the treatment of municipal wastewater is not only the important basic facilities of the city development , but also the main project of the control of municipal wastewater and water resource environment protection as well .It also plays a role in the social economic development . This design is a factory of the treatment of municipal wastewater in the northeast，the flow of which is 6×104 m3 /d ，the removal rate of SS is 85% and the removal rate of BOD is 90%。The method of this design is Carrousel Oxidation Ditch , the Carrousel .Oxidation Ditch use surface aerating apparatus,it is aerating basin present ditch,the mixture of wastewater and activated sludge flow constantly through the ditch,therefore,it is named of “rotory aerating basin”.oxidation ditch is longer hydraulic retention,low organic loading , high sludge age , good settling , high BOD-elimination and SS- paring with other activated sludge,it is favorable ability of bearing the impingement loading.the wastewater treated by the processing can up to the sewage discharge standard .
