Objective and task of this course Organic Chemistry is an experimental subject . Experimental organic chemistry is important in the whole Organic Chemistry teaching , and as a fundamental part of pharmaceutical synthesis experiment, it’s a basic experiment course required for students of pharmaceutical science. The main objective of Experimental organic chemistry is to make students master the essential skill of experimental organic chemistry; learn how to choose synthesis methods, separation and purification methods and analysis and identification methods correctly; and make students own the attitude of being practical and realistic and good scientific diathesis and work habits. By doing these experiments, students will further understand the basic theories and concepts of organic chemistry, meanwhile their abilities of settling practical problem by using the reactions and theories learned before will be reinforced. 2.
