Introduction Objectives
This procedure is to ensure that project management is carried out correctly and information regarding any deviation from the actual plan can be tracked, collected and managed into the project plan so that the project plan can be revised to provide more precise control over the project.
Scope
This procedure shall be applied to all of Bamboo’s projects.
