Abstract Internet banking is the outcome of the technology and finance and its emergence gives the traditional banking business risks that never existed.It also brings the unprecedented risks to the banking system at the same time.These risks interfere with the banking operation and make enormous challenge to our existing supervision system. The aim of this thesis is to study the supervision problems from the legal point of view based on the current situation of China and to improve the legal institution of supervision on internet banking.
